Additionally, please consider the management company, the security company or the guards at the gate are the most appropriate people to call for day to day, routine requirements such as reporting code violations, issues related to the landscaping, or the common areas in general, and the operation of the gates. Naturally, the board is here to intervene in the event any of the above named entities do not respond appropriately to your request.
